Cardinal Skate Shop turned 20 earlier this year. It’s been a whirlwind for the shop as it’s moved from Virginia Beach to 5 years in the NEON District, all the while serving Hampton Roads’ skating community. Celebrate on Friday, December 15, 6-10pm in the shop with a photo exhibition peeking through generations of Hampton Roads skateboarding.
