Alexandra Pierre-Charles, a visual artist from The Governor’s School for the Arts, repainted a small fence in Magazine Lane as part of a biannual art project for NEON. With help from her classmates, she repainted a previous mural painted by Governor’s School for the Arts student Aspen Knight.
Horizon is when the sky meets the sea, and perspective disappears. Flip it, and it stays the same, with birds, fish, and tides blending into one endless blue. This mural captures that seamless balance between reflection and reality.
