The sixth iteration of the alley “rug” was painted by The Governor’s School for the Arts visual arts students for the tenth anniversary of the NEON District. The rotating art site in Magazine Lane, between 801 Granby and Hurrah’s Copeland Center is a popular selfie spot in NEON.
