11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join Norfolk Tour Company for this free walking tour of Norfolk’s first official Arts District, the NEON District, home to over 100 works of public art, from 60 large-scale murals to unique, tucked away gems that require a keen eye to discover. Experienced Norfolk Tour Company staff are with you every step of the way to make sure you don’t miss a moment of the artistic expression. In addition to the iconic art, you will also explore the local business scene and learn about the district’s many special events and community activations.

The November tour will be led by local artist Corinna Sayward. Corinna is a Virginia Beach muralist and freelance artist with a gift for leading community projects and creating botanically-inspired works for art. She recently painted a 25’ long planter in the NEON District and added native plants during a NEON beautification day.

The tour will begin at The Plot, located at the corner of Granby Street and Olney Road. FREE and open to art lovers of any age.

The tour lasts approximately 60 minutes and is held rain or shine. Wear comfortable shoes as this tour involves walking on uneven surfaces.

NEON District public parking is available on the street, at the Plot’s parking lot and the Harrison Opera House lot.
