The NEON District has always been where Norfolk goes to see something new. This fall it gets a new way to do it. NEON Nights is a new recurring series that turns the whole district into one after-hours art walk. There are galleries, studios, murals, bars and shops, all within a few blocks of each other. There’s no main stage to camp out at. The idea is to keep moving: follow the lights, duck into places you’ve walked past a hundred times, and find the local artists making work right here.
