In an effort to make the NEON a little brighter during the holiday season, two artists were selected to paint custom, handmade stars for display in key spots along the Granby Street corridor. For the first year of holiday decor, Mallory Jarrell and Jodie Mirador each picked a different holiday theme: cozy winter sweaters and happy Hannukah. Mallory and Jodie’s stars decorated the fence along Bob’s Gun Shop, The Plot’s shipping containers and gardens and the parking lot at Retail Alliance.
