In honor of the 10th Annual NEON Festival, dig into the inside history of the some of the most well-known murals and art projects in the NEON District.
Led by Charles Rasputin, one of the founders of the NEON District, a local artist and community organizer.
The NEON Festival tour leaves from The Plot, 776 Granby Street. Meet at the Cementiscope sculpture in the beer garden area. Free for all ages. Tours last approximately 60 minutes, rain or shine. Wear comfortable shoes for walking on uneven surfaces.
