This tour spotlights their contributions to public art and culture, featuring stunning murals, sculptures, and creative spaces led by female artists and entrepreneurs. Explore how their work has helped shape NEON’s identity and brought new perspectives to the district’s ever-growing art scene.

Leading the NEON District tours is Corinna Sayward, a talented local muralist and freelance artist with deep ties to Norfolk’s creative community. With extensive experience in mural creation and public art, Corinna offers insider knowledge about the district’s most stunning works, sharing the stories, techniques, and inspirations behind them. Her passion for community-driven art and firsthand perspective as a practicing artist make each tour an engaging and immersive experience. 

All NEON tours begin at The Plot (Granby St. & Olney Rd.) and are free for all ages. Tours last approximately 60 minutes, rain or shine. Wear comfortable shoes for walking on uneven surfaces. Public parking is available on the street, at The Plot’s lot, and the Harrison Opera House lot.
